Scale Up Thurston

ScaleUp Thurston is a comprehensive business growth training program, which includes in-person classroom training and one-on-one coaching to help small business owners plan and achieve their goals. The training program lasts a total of 14 weeks and includes ten weeks of classroom instruction and four exclusive networking events. At the end of the training businesses will have developed a customized growth plan for their business.


Does Your Business Need a Tune Up?

If you’ve been in business a while, you know how challenging and overwhelming it can be to run and grow your business. There are so many things that need to be done and require your attention, yet you only have so many hours in a day! TuneUp is an 8-week training program that teaches you the tools you need to increase operational efficiency, improve profitability, and create a long-term sustainable business that can continue to operate when you’re not there.

The CB&I has highly-skilled technical business coaches and trainers on staff, ready to help you maximize your business potential. Join us for one counseling session, or have a long-term mentor relationship with our coaches.

Internship Pipeline Program

The Internship Pipeline Program is a regional program created by the Thurston Economic Development Council and Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council designed to connect students and displaced workers with local employers for internship opportunities. Partners include the local associate development agencies, colleges and universities, and workforce partners, including Thurston County Chamber of Commerce and WorkSource.
