Perfect for the aspiring entrepreneur, the Basics of Business Planning workshop provides an introduction to business planning for people interested in launching a business. Facilitated by Tiffany Scroggs of the Business Resource Center & Celia Nightingale of the Small Business Development Center, participants will explore the benefits of business planning, elements of a good plan, basics of financing and be introduced to other community resources that can assist them in achieving their dream. Starting a business can be exciting and fun, but also risky; proper planning can help reduce that risk and set a pathway to guide the entrepreneur to success.
